Oppression takes many forms, such as racism, sexism, homophobia, anti-religious sentiment, classism, ableism, adultism.  These oppressions show up in a variety of systems that touch every aspect of our lives.

But systems and institutions are made up of humans.  In order to change systems, we must change humans. 

Society is transformed when people have the tools to heal from oppression and build relationships based on trust and understanding.
